Cast iron Dutch ovens are made of cast iron and have an enamel coating. We find to be best suited to the enameled cast iron we usually make in this type of casserole because it has several advantages:


1.Self-circulating Lid:This dutch oven pot is design with circulating shower type lid, designed to catch steam as it rises in the pot & condense the steam back into water inside the lid, evenly fall on the food to maintain the original nutrition. 2. Enamel coating: Cast iron Dutch ovens have a smooth enamel coating that provides an excellent thermal conductor. It's proven to distribute and retain heat effectively, keeping the temperature even and consistent throughout the pan.
