First, you can make targeted choices according to your own needs. That is to determine what kind of heat source the nonstick pot you buy is. In case of induction cooker, it shall be made of stainless steel or iron. In the case of gas stoves, they shall be made of aluminum or iron. Only by selecting pots and pans pertinently can we better ensure the durability and aesthetics of non stick pots.


Secondly, you can choose from the appearance. When choosing, you can carefully observe whether the surface of the non stick pot is smooth, whether the color is uniform, and whether the surface has obvious defects, such as dirt, cracks and bubbles. At the same time, when choosing a non stick pot with a large diameter (more than 30cm), pay attention to whether the connection between the pot handle and the pot body is firm.
